Ongoing advisory services

Whether you have already implemented Microsoft 365 and want to resolve a range of legacy issues, or have a new project to implement Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Online to manage records (including migration from network file shares or SharePoint on-prem), I can work with your governance and/or project team to provide specialist advice and guidance.

I have provided advisory services of this nature to a wide range of government and international agencies, and private sector organisations. These typically last for up to two years and include regular meetings.

Note: My ongoing advisory services do not include the creation of project or imlementation plans or project management as such.

On-demand support

Subject to availability and capacity at any given time, I provide on-demand support and troubleshooting for various Microsoft 365 issues, including those relating to SharePoint Online/OneDrive and MS Teams (and other parts of the Microsoft 365 environment).
